deagan's a hottie. he's of average height, 5'11 to be exact, and weighs in at about 160 lbs. he's got black hair of long length, which he usually has in a messy style. his eyes are bluish-green, and his teeth are straight. other than that, he's got tan skin. he usually dresses in slightly metro punk clothes, but there's nothing wrong with have a good sense of fashion, is there?

PERSONALITY.
most people would describe deagan as shy. he doesn't like meeting new people, and will avoid conversation with strangers at all costs. in public or at school, he's generally quiet and reserved and doesn't say much. but with friends, he's goofy and loud. when he's in his comfort zone, he's a completely different person. he's always cracking jokes and laughing. friends are the people he cherishes the most. he is extremely loyal and will protect you at all costs. his trust is hard to earn, though. he doesn't just give it out. it can take months, even years to become a trusted friend of his. be patient, though. the wait is well worth it.

HISTORY.
basically, deagan was born and raised here in suburbia. the maddocks have always been a close family. deagan and adelaide get along like good friends and he's always there to protect her. over the years, girls from school constantly had crushes on deagan. but he never pursued any of them. not that he didn't like girls, he was just either too shy or too busy for them. until chandler came along, freshman year. she stole his heart and deagan finally worked up the guts to ask her out. she said yes. even though they were young, they knew that they were in love. chandler and deagan were always together, and they thought that what they had would last forever. at least, deagan did. half-way through junior year, chandler started drifting away from deagan. eventually, she was flat-out avoiding him. a week before christmas, chandler broke up with deagan over a text message. there was someone else with whom she'd fallen in love. deagan had no idea who this guy was, but he wanted to kill him. his heart was simply crushed. he moped around the house for weeks. chandler was the only girl for him. he knew he'd be alone for the rest of his life.
so it's been three months since deagan and chandler broke up. he's still just as heart broken as the moment he read the text. he's done moping, though. he's pretty much back to his normal, happy self. but he feels as if a big piece of him is gone. every time he sees chandler in the halls at school, she avoids his gaze but he stares at her with hurt in his eyes. he still doesn't know who the other guy is, and he really doesn't want to. all he knows is that he'll probably be single for the rest of his life.
